THE EVENT

The Camp in Palma de Mallorca lasts 6 days and 5 nights, on the beautiful beaches of Colonia Sant Jordi. La Colonia is a fishing town, excellent for those who love tranquility but is also lively and animated with restaurants, clubs and beach clubs. The event Best Fest is part of the Spanish Open Water Cup part of the Spanish Reale Federation within the Spanish National Championship. It will therefore be officially timed with chips.The Swimming Travel Open Water Palma offers every athlete one complementary entry to one of the three Colonia Classic races (1,5km – 5km – 7km). The SwimmingTravel Camp will include a diversity of activities: open water assisted practices, swimming pool practices, morning runs, nutrition workshops, forum on the open water swimming world and much more. Our Swimming Travel team is there to assist you all the time and experienced coaches will make sure you get the most out of every day. Memorable open water swimming experiences are guaranteed! All athletes and family/friends of the Open Water Palma will be staying in a HOTEL *** located in the Colonia Saint Jordi. The hotel is walking distance to the Es’Trenc beach, considered by many one of the most beautiful beaches of the island.

THE PROGRAM

DAY 1 PM: Arrival at the hotel, check in and overall briefing.
DAY 2 AM: Open water swim practice or Colonia Classic Race 1 of 5km. PM: Pool swim practice.
DAY 3 AM: Open water swim practice. PM: Pool swim practice.
DAY 4 AM: Open water practice or Colonia Classic Race 2 of 1,5km. PM: Pool swim practice.
DAY 5 AM: Open water swim practice. PM: Pool swim practice.
DAY 6 AM: TOpen water swim practice or Colonia Classic Race 3 of 7 / 10 km. PM: Departure.

THE OFFER

• Transfer from/to the airport.

Chihldren policy

Children from 0 to 6 years of age: free in a room with parents | Children from 7 to 13 years of age: 50% discount (in the same room with parents).

Cancellation policy

Trip Reimbursement

• Before January 27: 100% of the total cost.
• Between January 28and March 20: 60% of the total cost or 20% frist cost.
• Between March 21 and April 20: 40% of the total cost.
• Between April 21 and May 03: 20% of the total cost.
• No reimbursment policies will apply from May 04.

In case of trip cancellation due to travel restriction in Europe we will be able to reimburse you the 80% of the total cost.

REGISTRATION METHODS

01 First deposit of €300 per person at registration with the required form to fill out within January 28, 2023.
02 Final deposit due March 20, 2023.

N.B. The trip will be officially confirmed in the first half of March if the minimum number of 10 participants is reached. If there is insufficient demand, you will be reimbursed 100%.
