Open Water San Vito Lo Capo: Training Camp, Competition, and Integration. Are you ready to turn your passion for swimming into an unforgettable experience? Three days in the beauty of San Vito Lo Capo, where crystal clear waters meet dream beaches, with an exciting sporting challenge! Join us for a trip for swimmers of all levels, where training meets relaxation and competition meets the pure pleasure of swimming in an inclusive and sharing environment. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed at our comfortable hotel in San Vito Lo Capo. You will train in pristine waters. Thanks to a sports boat, on specific days, we will have the opportunity to reach hidden beaches, not accessible from the shore, where you can swim in crystal clear waters. Our technicians will analyze your swimming with video recordings. The choice of swimming locations will always be evaluated by our experts to ensure the best conditions and safety. On the last day, you will participate in the 3 km race, together with the FISDIR Italian Open Water Swimming Championship Final. FISDIR, the Italian Paralympic Federation for Intellectual and Relational Disabilities, is the Paralympic Sports Federation that organizes sports activities for athletes with intellectual and relational disabilities. You will take part in a 3 km race in an inclusive environment, where you will swim side by side with Paralympic athletes, creating an event that celebrates strength, passion, and unity in sport without barriers. It will be a unique experience on a day of great sporting and human value. After the race, we will get together to share our emotions and celebrate everyone's successes before your departure. They can follow the swimming activities from the beach or from a private boat (when included in the program), exploring with us corners of the coast that can only be reached by sea. THE PROGRAM

DAY 1 PM: Arrival at the Hotel, check in and briefing of the program. First swim.
DAY 2 AM/PM: Multiple Training Sessions in Pristine Waters. After breakfast, we will head to the port where a sporty boat will accompany and follow us during wonderful swims in crystal-clear waters unreachable from the beach. PM: After lunch and a moment of relaxation, we will return to the water for a new training session. The choice of swimming locations will be evaluated by the Swimming Travel coaches, who may also decide to return to San Vito Lo Capo for subsequent swims along the coast. Video footage and video analysis of your swim will be provided.
DAY 3 AM: International Open Water Race in San Vito Lo Capo.Meeting with final analysis of the event. PM: Departure.
NOTE Flexibility The daily itineraries may be subject to variations based on weather and/or sea conditions. The sports coaches will determine the most suitable locations for swimming. Safety Bring an open water buoy with an internal bag.

The package does not include

• Flight to and from Palermo.
• Transfers from the airport to the hotel in San Vito lo Capo.

• Safety buoy for swimmers. The use of an inflatable buoy is recommended for open water swimming.

Reimbursement

• Before August 19: 90% of the frist cost.
• Between August 20 and September 01: 50% of the total cost.

REGISTRATION METHODS

Single payment via online platforms (PayPal/Stripe) as indicated in the registration form.
Two-step payment by bank transfer divided as follows:
01 First deposit of €200 per person at registration with the required form to fill out. Due August 20.
02 Final deposit due September 01.

The total offer is per person (athlete or companion).

N.B. The camps will be officially confirmed in the first half of September. If the minimum number of 8 participants is reached. In case of cancellation you will be reimbursed 100%. Participants are advised not to make reservations to reach their destination before confirming their trip. Confirmation will be sent by email to Swimming Travel staff.
