There is no time limit, but you must swim for at least 50 meters (the pool is 50 metres).

There are no limits on participation in the relay, the team captain will organize the shifts in the pool taking into account the availability of all members; therefore a swimmer can enter the pool as many times as he wants, as long as they are agreed with his captain.
